Riordan Mansion State Historic Park
Once you make your way to this Arizona State Park, click “CHECK-IN” upon arrival to complete the Adventure and earn 10 entries!
Built in 1904 for two Riordan families, the Riordan Mansion remains an impressive reminder of humble living in a small, territorial logging town. The historic building is an Arizona treasure — a remarkable example of Arts and Crafts style architecture featuring a rustic exterior of log-slab siding, volcanic stone arches, and hand-split wooden shingles designed by the creator of Grand Canyon's El Tovar Hotel, Charles Whittlesey.
Adventure check-in will be active within a 1-mile radius of the welcome center or park entrance. All Adventure locations are subject to Arizona State Parks and Trails Fees and Hours of Operation.
