1. Overview of the Arizona Lottery Players Club
The Arizona Lottery Players Club (“Players Club”) is a club for Arizona Lottery players offered by the Arizona Lottery (“Lottery”) and administered by Pollard Banknote Limited (“PBL”) on behalf of the Lottery. Through the Players Club website and mobile app (together the “Website/App”) registered players have the ability to enter Lottery-sponsored second chance promotions (“Second Chance Promotions”).
2. Use of this Site
The material in this Website/App is provided for lawful purposes only.
You acknowledge and agree that you will not access or use content from this Website/App:
- To interfere with or alter the security or operation of the Website/App or any Lottery game, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the restricted areas of the Website;
- For resale of Lottery products or games unless expressly authorized by the Arizona Lottery;
- To create or use a false identity on this Website/App;
- For an illegal use or to promote illegal, threatening, or harassing activity; or in violation of any local, state, and federal laws or regulations;
- In any way to create, transmit, or promote the transmission of any spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited mass email, or to engage in any computer or network disruption or unauthorized access;
- In any way to violate another user's intellectual property, privacy or confidentiality rights, or disrupt another user's enjoyment of this Website/App;
- To propagate the transmission of any software intentionally designed to cause damage to a computer, server or computer network including, but not limited to, viruses, worms, bugs, Trojan horses, malware, ransomware, spyware, adware, scareware, or other malicious or destructive code or programming.
3. Participation in the Players Club
Membership Eligibility. Membership is free. The Players Club is void where prohibited by law. The Players Club is open to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the Player Club: any member of the Lottery Commission, any officer or employee of the Lottery, or any spouse, child, brother, sister, or parent residing as a member of the same household in the principle place of residence of any such person; any officer, employee, agent, member of the Lottery Commission, or subcontractor of any vendor, or any spouse, child, brother, sister, or parent residing as a member of the same household in the principle place of residence of any such person if such person has access to confidential information which may compromise the integrity of the Lottery. Players Club members who reside both inside and outside of the state of Arizona are eligible to join the Players Club and enter second-chance promotions.
Membership Account. To access and use the Players Club, you will be required to register for an account. You must provide truthful, complete and accurate information, including your true full legal name, and may not provide false information. During the registration process, you will be asked to provide a legitimate, working email address and a password. Once you complete the registration process, assuming you meet the eligibility requirements, you will become a Players Club member (“Member”). As a Member you are allowed to participate in certain services and activities on the Website/App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and your account and for all activities and usage which occur on your account. You should notify the Lottery through the Players Club Contact Us page if you need to change the email under which your account is registered. You agree to immediately notify the Lottery of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. You agree not to share your password, allow others to access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account. You agree not to transfer your account to any other person or entity. The Lottery is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements. Only the person identified in the official records connected with the Players Club may claim the prize won. You may have no more than one (1) account. The Lottery reserves the right, without warning, to terminate any and/or all accounts of any Member who establishes more than one (1) account.
IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLY, OR IF THE ARIZONA LOTTERY HAS REASONABLE GROUNDS TO SUSPECT THAT YOU HAVE FAILED TO COMPLY WITH ANY PORTION OF THE REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, OR WARRANTIES DESCRIBED IN THIS SECTION, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE PRIZES FROM THE ARIZONA LOTTERY, AND THE ARIZONA LOTTERY WILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUSPEND OR TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT AND TO REFUSE ANY AND ALL CURRENT OR FUTURE USE OF THE PLAYERS CLUB.
Promotion Entry Restrictions. To participate in a Second Chance Promotion, Members must be located within the boundaries of the state of Arizona at the time of submitting an entry and must check/toggle the box on the Login Page of the Website/App indicating the Member is in such status every time an entry is submitted. You hereby represent and warrant to the Lottery that you shall not participate in a Second Chance Promotion or check/toggle the box on the Login Page of the Website/App indicating you are entering from within the state of Arizona unless you are, in fact, entering from within the boundaries of the state of Arizona.
Deactivation/Cancellation of Account. The Lottery and you have the right to deactivate your account at any time. You understand and agree that deactivation of your account is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dispute with the Website/App, the Players Club, or the Lottery. This includes, but is not limited to, any dispute related to, or arising out of: (1) any portion of the Terms or the Lottery’s enforcement or application of the Terms or Players Club rules or specific game or promotion rules; (2) the content available through the Website/App or any change in content provided through the Website/App; and (3) your ability to access and or use the Players Club or Website/App. Without limiting any other remedies, the Lottery may suspend or deactivate a Member’s account if the Lottery suspects that a Member has engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the Players Club. Participation in the Players Club is subject to these Terms, the Players Club rules, and the specific promotion rules, as well as policies and procedures that the Lottery may adopt or modify from time to time. Any failure to abide by these Terms or any policies, procedures or rules implemented by the Lottery, any conduct detrimental to the Lottery, or any misrepresentation or fraudulent activities in connection with the Players Club may result, in addition to any rights or remedies available to the Lottery in law or equity, in the termination of participation in the Players Club, as well as the ineligibility of any drawing entries and any other benefits earned in connection therewith, at the Lottery's sole discretion.

Protected Materials are protected by trademark laws, or by United States and other copyright laws, except for works of the United States Government, pursuant to 1 U.S.C. Section 105. Permission is granted to view and print Protected Materials from the Website/App for the non-commercial purpose of viewing, reading, or retaining for reference. 6. Age Restrictions
The Website/App is not directed to persons younger than twenty-one (21) years of age, and individuals younger than such age are prohibited from participating in any Lottery game or Second Chance Promotion, submitting any personally identifiable information through the Website/App, or using offered services in any way.
7. Emails and Newsletters
The Lottery may provide email and newsletter services to notify interested players about winning lottery numbers, jackpot amounts, promotions, offers, and other such information. Individuals who represent that they are at least 21 years of age or older may opt in to receive such communications upon registering for a Players Club account or, if already a registered Players Club member, by updating their player profile. Please note, a Players Club member may still be contacted by the Lottery regarding account and system updates regardless of their selection. It is the responsibility of the individuals opting in to verify the accuracy of their email address. The Lottery does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or reliability of the information in any email or newsletter provided by the Lottery, and disclaims all liability that results from the use any such information. Every reasonable effort is made to ensure that the information provided is accurate. However, in the event of an error, the winning entrant and prize amounts won in the official records of the Lottery shall control.
Although every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the Second Chance Promotion information on this Website/App, mistakes can occur.
